Joyce has been with MCIA since 2011 as a lab technician, where her main jobs were planting and evaluating seed samples. Joyce’s duties have now expanded to overseeing all aspects of the lab, from the intake of samples to the final billing.
She is very systematic and thorough – characters we have come to rely on. She has a very good eye for seed characteristics and is becoming very familiar with seed identification. Joyce is always looking for the ‘zen’ experience – probably because she has so much on her plate in the lab.
We appreciate everything you’ve done and will continue to do in the upcoming years!
