Lee Siler

Lee is the Quality Manager for our seed and organic processing plant.  He is responsible for implementing quality standards and procedures for all crops handled by MCIA. In addition, he is responsible for ensuring that all appropriate food safety and quality programs are adopted and maintained in accordance with Federal Law.

Lee resides and grew up on a cash crop farm in Merrill, MI. He was employed for 26 years at Michigan State University with the Wheat Breeding and Genetics program. There his responsibilities included breeding new soft wheats for Michigan growers and was responsible for the MSU Wheat Performance Trials. Lee graduated from Ferris State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  He is married to Rochelle and they have four boys – Frederick, Thomas, Jonathon and Joshua.
