Joyce has been with the company since 2011 as a lab technician, where her main jobs were planting and evaluating seed samples. Joyce’s duties have now expanded to overseeing all aspects of the lab, from the intake of samples to the final billing. Joyce grew up on her family’s dairy farm in Ingham County, and from there she landed her first job pollinating corn at DeKalb as a teenager, then moved on to working farm auctions for Sheridan Realty & Auction Co. before joining Michigan Crop Improvement.
