VINTON 81 SOYBEANS
Vinton 81, a Group 1 maturity, with purple flowers, gray pubescence, tan pods at maturity, and dull yellow seeds with yellow hila was developed by Iowa State University and is a large seeded specialty soybean cultivar with high protein, used in edible soybean products. Vinton 81 is distinguished from Vinton by its resistance to races 1-3 and 6-9 of phytophthora root rot.

Wyandot 14 is an indeterminate late group II variety released by the Ohio State University with high yield and good lodging resistance. Wyandot possess the Rps3a allele for resistance to phytophthora root rot. Wyandot has white flowers, gray pubescence, brown pods and yellow hila.
